My Favorite Outfit Pieces For NYE 2017

HAPPY (almost) NEW YEAR!

My favorite outfit pieces for NYE 2017 -

For those of you who have been following along my Snapchat and IG, you know I'm back in my hometown - Pittsburgh, PA - and it's absolutely freezing. I haven't been in this cold of weather, let alone snow in years and... I actually love it lol. It's been so nice catching up with friends and family but to be honest, I'm ready to get back into the swing of things back in San Diego. I have some big goals to conquer this upcoming new year and I've never been more determined than I am now to give all of those goals a little check mark next to them (Refer to this link to see my previous post where I talk all about my crazy year in 2017 and why I'm looking forward to the future).

Besides my "New Year, New Me" attitude, I wanted to be a little smarter about the way I dress for New Year's Eve. Typically in the past, I've worn things that seriously conflict with the weather and this year I'm saying a fat NO to that. Also, I've come to realize that I like a little sparkle here and there, but this year I'm also going with a minimalistic approach. I'm thinking utility & comfortability... with a little flash & sass ;)

My favorite outfit pieces for NYE 2017 that you'll love! -

Maybe I'm just getting older... but I'm loving casual outfits with pops of sparkle for NYE that can be styled with faux vests or coats. Accessories can elevate any casual style into a "night out" look, especially when your hair is done up with smokey eye makeup or the perfect red lipstick.

Additional Accessories/Pieces:

Let's be honest here... an outfit isn't complete without a bad ass faux fur vest or jacket.
Perfect for a party that's outside or inside. And if you're looking for something a little less casual, style it up with a skirt and stockings!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a safe and amazing New Year's Eve!

Cheers to 2018!
